Brett handled our pool construction with great expertise and professionalism. We started to build the pool before the home and it is partially tucked under the covered patio of the home. The logistics of that scenario made it much more involved than most builds and he handled everything. High quality. Five years in and we love our pool.

Brett and Downunda provided our backyard pool and landscaping in February of 2005. As a buyer of construction services in my profession, the main trait I look for in deciding to work with a contractor again is the predictability of the delivery - particularly from a schedule and budget perspective. The experience with Brett was one where there were no unpleasant surprises. We always knew where we were in the process and the completion was right on time. In short, Downunda simply did what they said they would, which is very rare today. After the delivery, Brett was always available and even today, many years’ later returns calls when we have a question or need advice/guidance. Top notch contractor.

We were given a schedule for the project with the idea that it could change based on weather. It shifted slightly, but we were kept in the loop the entire time. If we had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. After the project was completed, we still maintained contact. Any issues that we had were resolved in a timely manner. Brett is enjoyable to work with, doesn't take more business than he can handle, is professional and knowledgable, and competitively priced. He uses quality materials and products, doesn't take short cuts and oversees all work. Overall, a great experience.

The reason we went with Downunda Pools and chose to work with Brett is because he really listened to us when it came to designing our outdoor space. Not only did his design incorporate what we were looking for, it far exceeded our expectations. His work crews were timely and professional, and the entire project was completely in a shorter time frame than we anticipated. Like with any construction project, there are bound to be a few hiccups. But Brett was always more than willing to find a solution that we were happy with. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the products and the high end materials Brett used. We couldn't be happier with the outcome - a gorgeous pool and a space that feels like a resort right in our backyard.

My wife and I have had Downunda Pools build two (2) pools for us. Needless to say we wouldn't have chosen Brett for the 2nd pool if we weren't thrilled with our first. Not only were the pools built to perfection but the back end servicing has been FANTASTIC!!! If we ever have another pool built we will only need to make one call and that will be to Brett Hatfield at Downunda. We STRONGLY recommend them to anyone that needs a quality product with GREAT follow up servicing.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I respect Downunda Aquatic Enviornments. Next Wednesday they will be starting the second pool they have built for me. Obviously I am more than pleased with everything they provide. My first pool was completed before the estimated time of completion which is mostly unheard of with other aquatic providers. Mr. Hatfield is very professional, and is hands on throughout your entire project. I have consistently refered friends and associates to this Company. Mr. Hatfield's designs are fabulous and unlike the run of the mill designs I have seen. Your project wil be unlike any other and you will be the talk of your neighborhood. When friends saw the drawings of my first pool they actually thought I was showing them pictures from a resort I had visited. Could you ask for anything more?

Brett is the ultimate artist and professional. I've been fortunate enough to have photographed some of his pool designs and to see the flow and lines that he's created gives new meaning to perfection. Anyone working with him will get the best in the industry.
